Most orders are processed the following
working day, depending on product availability. Orders are then
dispatched the next working day.
Step 2: Order Dispatch and Delivery Time
Delivery time is usually 12-14 working days
AFTER your order has been processed and dispatched, depending on
the speed of the postal service in Thailand and the destination
country. Orders to the USA may exceed the 14 days" delivery
time. Products are sent as " Small Packet ", in an envelope or
box, registered, by regular
airmail.
Order Tracking
After your order is handed over to the post office for
registered airmail dispatch, the post office will give us the Tracking Number
according to the registration slip of the packet to be sent.
This (green) slip is proof of registration and is attached to
the envelope/packet. We, at Eurasiatrade, subsequently enter the
tracking number into the Paypal site where you made and paid for
your order. Once this is done, the Paypal system forwards the
tracking number to you via their automatic email system,
informing you about the status of the delivery, the name of the
postal service and the delivery date.
In case of a delayed delivery
the Tracking Number can be used for inquiries about the
whereabouts of a delivery at the post office in the buyer's
destination country.
Unlike packages sent with DHL or Fedex, we are unable
to track packages once they have been dispatched from
our facilities.
What are the shipping limits?
We have no restrictions and dispatch worldwide. However, we
cannot take responsibility for customs limitations, i.e. taxes
and duties, refusal of delivery to buyer, and others levied by
certain countries.

of the product by the post office For non-surrender of the goods by the destination
country's post office, we will make a refund of the purchase
price
after receipt of the returned products in their
original condition.
Shipping costs, either of the original
delivery, or of the return, will not be refund

description of the problem.We
will send you instructions on returning the package. Please note
that we can only send a credit, after receipt of the returned
goods.The customer
bears the cost of postage for the return, as well as for the
initial shipment.Please
consider a time lapse in the reimbursement of credit card
payments.
Note: Holidays and weekends are
NOT counted as working days.Orders placed on Friday,
Saturday and Sunday are typically processed on Monday.
